The product lab

Build small. Learn loudly.

A public shelf of product bets: what is being tested, what the early signal says, and what changes next. Nothing here is finished, and that is the point.

Offload Your Mind

Capture. Sort. Ask.

What if you only had to say a thought once?

Say it, type it or snap it. AI files it as tasks, reminders and ideas, and answers when you ask.

The testVoice, text or a photo in. Tasks, reminders and ideas out. Ask it anything later.

Idea Validating

Musicians, Play the Changes

Jam. See. Improve.

What if every note you played glowed green when it fit?

Learn to improvise by playing. Every note glows green, amber or red to show whether it fits the chord or scale, with ear training that builds as you go.

The testMusicians jam while every note glows if it fits.

Nothing yet. The first jam sessions decide what gets built.

The method

How a bet becomes a product.

  1. 01
State the bet as a question Every idea enters as a question with a wrong answer that would be worth knowing. If it cannot be phrased that way, it is not ready to test.
  2. 02
Build the smallest honest test The test is only as large as the question requires — a manual ritual, a landing page, a prototype used by real people for a real week.
  3. 03
Report the signal, not the story Behaviour is written down as it happened: what people did, what they ignored, and what the result changes about the next version.
